8bit will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account by a third party. However, if you report such an incident, we will investigate and take appropriate action.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

• If a technical error occurs during a gaming session, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• In Sports Betting, stakes will be refunded if an event is cancelled.
• If fraud is detected in any game or bet, the associated winnings will be voided.

• Committing fraud or collusion against other members.
